Right of withdrawal by the customer
You have the right to return the product in a period of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase for europe customers only, if in perfect condition, unused and in original packaging.
Under (EU law online customers are to be granted the right of unconditional revocation during a term OF 14 DAYS after reception of the goods). All returned cost covered from buyer.
In case of opening the packaging of the product value is automatically reduced as the product is classified as used. Even if it seems that does not work, let us know and DO NOT do any repairs. Returns are accepted only in the factory packaging and condition, even if it is a mistake of our consignment, products that have been modified will not be accepted back to the manufacturer / supplier.
