Returns and Refunds:

I.K.mamababy is a Cypriot company that controls and operates this website from its offices within the Republic of Cyprus.

All shipments of our products are made exclusively by I.K.mamababy based in Nicosia and all returns are accepted only at our company address and nowhere else.

Right of withdrawal by the customer 
You have the right to return the product in a period of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase for europe customers only, if in perfect condition, unused and in original packaging. 
Under (EU law online customers are to be granted the right of unconditional revocation during a term OF 14 DAYS after reception of the goods). All returned cost covered from buyer.

In case of opening the packaging of the product value is automatically reduced as the product is classified as used. The decrease in the value of opening the package and subsequent characterization of the product as a used case by case basis and determined by the company and is usually around 20% -30%

The mode of transport costs to our company and any insurance product selection and is the client's responsibility.
In all cases, the product must be accompanied by legal proof of purchase.

We can replace a product shipped which is defective from the manufacturer at its discretion. The customer has to inform us within 7 calendar days of receipt. The product return costs are covered by you first, and if it is proved that it is indeed defective, you will receive a new product with all shipping costs (including the originals) are exclusively covered by us.


-In Case the customer makes a wrong order, it would be wise to contact us to replace the product. In this case the expenses must be covered by the customer. We will not be able to accept returns on products that are not held in our stock, and come on special order for the client.


-In Case a wrong product was sent due to our error or the supplier's error, contact us immediately and DO NOT attempt to modify / change as NO returns will be accepted.

Even if it seems that does not work, let us know and DO NOT do any repairs. Returns are accepted only in the factory packaging and condition, even if it is a mistake of our consignment, products that have been modified will not be accepted back to the manufacturer / supplier.

Order Cancellation 
The cancellation of your order may in the following circumstances:
If you have completed online or telephone order but not yet shipped product you can contact us through the form of e-mail site and we will take the cancellation of your order.
Returns to offer products are not accepted

Once you receive your item, send an e-mail form website We will be glad to assist you immediately and inform you about all your options.
In case of cancellation of orders for handmade garment deposit is not refundable as available to cover part of the costs of fabrics that were cut and used the dimensions of the customer.

All refunds are made after we receive and inspect the products you are returning.

ATTENTION: No returns will be accepted after 14 calendar days from receipt of the product.
Changes or returns on are made with a courier of your choice for quick delivery or at a very low cost by post, in any case the choice is made by the customer.
In any of the above, the customer must send us the tracking code of the package as proof of shipment.

In the event that the package does not reach us, the sender and the transport company chosen by the customer are solely responsible.
For any product return for any of the following reasons, the shipping costs are fully covered by the customer, cash on delivery or shipping charges will not be accepted, so you will not be able to return the package to the sender.
In the event that there was free shipping, the refund will be the value of your order minus all the shipping costs of shipping and returning the product.
