Within 24 hours on business days, you will receive the confirmation of sending by e-mail. You will be able to see your shipment number and usually within a few hours.

Υou will be able to track the status of your order online.Orders that have been paid by Bank card or Paypal and received until 11p.m. will be processed in our shipping warehouse on the same day. Orders entering after 12 p.m. will be processed the next day.

Please note that shipping is only possible on weekdays (except Saturdays).

All refunds are made after we receive and check the products you will return. With Paypal Bank card or bank account immediate refund order within 24 hours on your card Paypal account or your bank account. (There are no rebuttal costs) After payment by cash on delivery.

Refunds when a cash on delivery purchase is made in the first ten days of next month in the bank account that the customer will send us. Our company does not charge any bank fees or bank transfer costs, any transaction charges imposed by the respective bank on its customer is purely a matter of cooperation between the customer and his bank. The refund deducts any shipping discounts, cash on delivery costs, shipping costs or return of your package.

We try to send all our packages on time. Shipments paid by Bank card or Paypal take precedence over cash on delivery. Many times there may be delays due to the courier, for which we have no responsibility. Also, the Bank holidays affect and lead to small delays because they do not fall within the working days.

We can only start the search if your package has not arrived in 8 business days or 12 in inaccessible areas since the day your package was shipped.
